Information used

Meme Scout processes your email address, a one-way password hash, secure session records, subscription status, alert preferences and the service logs needed to operate and protect the product. Passwords are not stored in readable form.

Payments

Stripe processes card and billing information. Meme Scout receives identifiers and subscription events needed to grant access, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Why information is used

• To authenticate accounts and prevent unauthorised access.
• To operate memberships, invoices and cancellations.
• To deliver requested alerts and save alert settings.
• To diagnose faults, prevent abuse and improve signal quality.

Storage and sharing

Information is shared only with service providers required to run Meme Scout, such as hosting, messaging and payment providers, or where disclosure is required by law. Records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can cancel billing through the Stripe portal. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be made using the customer-support details shown on your Stripe receipt or invoice.
