What Meme Scout provides

Meme Scout provides informational alerts and research tools. It does not provide financial advice, execute trades, connect to wallets, custody assets or guarantee that any token is safe.

Your responsibility

Cryptoassets and memecoins are highly volatile and may become worthless. You remain responsible for independent research, risk limits, tax obligations and every trading decision. Do not treat any figure, label or warning as a recommendation to buy or sell.

Early-access service

Meme Scout is an evolving beta. Coverage, data sources, screening rules and alert frequency may change. Service interruptions and incomplete coverage can occur. Material changes will be communicated through the product where practical.

Subscription and cancellation

The membership renews monthly at the price shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. You can view invoices, update payment details and cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not resell alerts, probe or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Meme Scout for unlawful market manipulation or misleading promotion.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, Meme Scout is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, token failures or decisions made from third-party data. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
